Unlike some other car models that are being stimulated for shopping, Hyundai Tucson, Hyundai Stargazer, and Toyota Innova Cross are “out of stock” at dealerships.
The year-end shopping demand is high, causing all versions of the Hyundai Tucson model to have a situation of “insufficient supply for demand”. Some places do not have the diesel version, while others do not have the petrol version, or if they do, they don’t have all the colors. Many dealerships are informing customers that they have to wait for some time before they can hand over the car.
Another Hyundai model, the Stargazer is also facing a similar situation of “out of stock” like the Tucson. Currently, some dealerships are promising that new cars will arrive in the country only in March. However, the quantity is not many.
Since its launch, the Hyundai Stargazer has often been given preferential treatment by dealerships to boost sales, but suddenly it has become “hot” again. Experts believe that the unexpected “out of stock” situation with Stargazer may be due to the proactive restriction of vehicle imports by dealerships after having “dispensed” with the previous batch.
Similar to Hyundai Tucson and Stargazer, the MPV model Toyota Innova Cross is also facing a shortage of supply. Dealerships continue to offer the car, but they promise customers that they have to wait for 1-3 months to get the car.
The limited supply has made Toyota Innova Cross seem to be “inferior” compared to its competitor, Hyundai Custin, not only because the latter has cars available for immediate delivery but also because it is offered with a discount of about 40 million VND at the dealership.
