According to information from the dealership, the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 2024 will have some changes in terms of equipment compared to the previous version. One notable change is the engine.
Specifically, the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 2024 in Vietnam is expected to use a new 2.4L turbocharged 4-cylinder gasoline engine. Paired with a new 8-speed automatic transmission, this engine produces a maximum power of 278 horsepower and a peak torque of 430 Nm. In comparison, the current version sold in Vietnam uses a 2.7L gasoline engine and a 6-speed automatic transmission.

This mid-size SUV has a boxy front design with rectangular grille and headlights, new LED daytime running lights, and small fog lights. Besides that, it features rugged front and rear bumpers, vertical taillights, and an upward-opening tailgate.

The sales consultant at the dealership said that the car in Vietnam will have LED headlights with adaptive function, rear seat heating function, premium 14-speaker audio system, USB and HDMI ports as well as a head-up display for the driver.

The next upgrade for the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 2024 in Vietnam is the Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 active safety technology package. This package includes features such as cruise control at all speeds, lane centering assist, pre-collision warning with pedestrian detection, automatic headlights, traffic sign recognition, active steering assist, and lane departure warning with steering assist. In addition, the car also has blind-spot warning, rear cross-traffic alert, and parking assist with automatic braking.
