In the Vietnamese market, the 2024 Volkswagen Teramont X is sold with one version, using a 2.0-liter turbocharged TSI engine, producing a maximum power of 220 horsepower, and a maximum torque of 350 Nm. The engine is combined with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, and all-wheel drive.
The new Teramont X is equipped with the R-line sports package with a coordinated black color scheme from the car’s front grille, wheels to the roof. The R logo appears on the grille, the sides of the car, and the steering wheel. The brake caliper is painted red. The contrasting logo VW is a strong point on the Teramont X with a luminous effect placed at the center face.
The front of the car features a 2-layer LED matrix headlight with 4 lighting modes and automatic switching. The Light LED – front light system has adaptive lighting and dynamic light assist.
The car has a wheelbase of 2980 mm. The specific dimensions of length x width x height are 4917 x 1989 x 1781 mm respectively. The legroom for rows 1 and 2 is 1060 mm and 1026 mm respectively. The luggage compartment has a flexible capacity from 540 to 1719 liters.
The prominent features and amenities include the Harman Kardon sound system with 12 speakers, bringing a Dolby 7.1 surround sound system with a power of up to 700W. The entertainment system features a 12-inch touch screen, controllable by gestures, combined harmoniously with a 10.25-inch driver information display.
The panoramic sunroof has an area of 1.18 square meters. The glass material of the sunroof also blocks 99% of harmful UV rays.
