The Honda Giorno+ made its first appearance on the Southeast Asian market in Thailand in late August 2022. Although this name has been used for a 50cc scooter in the Japanese market, the new Giorno+ model has a completely different design and uses a more powerful engine.
The length x width x height dimensions of the Honda Giorno+ are 1,902 x 683 x 1,144 (mm), with a seat height of 780 mm and a storage capacity of up to 30 liters. In the international market, this model has two versions: CBS and ABS, both using 12-inch wheels.
The Honda Giorno+ is equipped with many notable features including LED headlights and taillights, a digital instrument cluster, smart key, front storage compartment with USB charging port, and a floor-hinged fuel lid.
This model uses a single-cylinder eSP+ engine with a displacement of 125cc, with a liquid-cooling system and integrated Idling Stop technology.
In Thailand, the CBS version of the Honda Giorno+ is priced at around $1,800 (equivalent to over 44 million dong), while the ABS version is priced at $1,900 (over 46 million dong), surpassing the price of the Honda Lead model.
In Vietnam, both versions of the Honda Giorno+ have been imported by private dealers at the end of 2023 for nearly 100 million dong. It is expected that this model will attract the attention of consumers in Vietnam if it is officially distributed with a more affordable price.
