Ford has recently introduced the all-new MS-RT version of the Ranger. This version is a collaboration between Ford’s rally racing division and the MS-RT rally customization company.

The Ranger MS-RT is known as the “street pickup truck” with its rugged appearance. The front of the truck features a honeycomb grille and a sportier air intake located above the splitter. The front and rear fender extensions have been widened, adding an additional 82mm width on each side.

In addition, the fender extensions are decorated with air vents. The truck is equipped with new 21-inch wheels, paired with 275/45R21 off-road tires.

The rear of the truck features a ducktail spoiler and a diffuser for added flair.

The Ranger MS-RT has a lowered suspension by 40mm compared to the standard version and adds a front stabilizer bar, which helps the truck maintain stability and precision when going around corners.

As for the interior, the cabin of the MS-RT model has been refined with some details. These include: synthetic leather seats combined with suede, featuring the “MS-RT” logo and blue stitching accents on the seatbacks.

Furthermore, the truck is equipped with a 12-inch vertical touchscreen infotainment system, dual-zone automatic climate control, parking sensors, a rearview camera, and adaptive cruise control.

The Ranger MS-RT is powered by a 3.0-liter V6 diesel engine, delivering 237 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque, similar to the Wildtrak and Platinum trims. The power is sent to all four wheels through a 10-speed automatic transmission and a full-time 4WD system. The Ranger MS-RT has a payload capacity of 1,000 kg and a towing capacity of 3,500 kg, similar to other variants.

The price of this version has not been announced by the company. The Ford Ranger MS-RT is expected to be officially available in the European market around mid-2024.
