According to research, the Wuling Hongguang Mini EV model is currently being offered by some dealers with a cash discount of up to 50 million VND. However, this program is only applicable to the Advanced version with a listed selling price ranging from 255 – 282 million VND. With this offer, the price of the Wuling Hongguang Mini EV Advanced version will be reduced to only 205 – 232 million VND.
It is known that this discount program is launched by dealers to solve the inventory of 2023. Previously, the Wuling Hongguang Mini EV was only discounted by about 15 – 30 million VND, depending on the dealer and the timing.
The Wuling Hongguang Mini EV was first introduced in Vietnam in June 2023 with a total of 4 versions and a price ranging from 239 – 282 million VND.
The Wuling Hongguang Mini EV has dimensions of length x width x height of 2,917 x 1,493 x 1,621 mm with a wheelbase of 1,940 mm. The car weighs only 665 kg. As a budget car, the Wuling Hongguang Mini EV only has very basic equipment such as halogen headlights, 12-inch rims, manually adjustable rearview mirrors, front disc brakes, rear drum brakes…
Providing power for the Wuling Hongguang Mini EV is a rear-wheel drive electric motor, generating a maximum power of 26.8 horsepower and a torque of 85 Nm. Thanks to that, the car can reach a maximum speed of 100 km/h and has 2 driving modes: Eco/Sport.
The LFP battery on the car has two options, a 9.6 kWh type for a range of 120 km. Larger is the 13.9 kWh type, with a range of 170 km. The car comes with a 1.5 kW charger. With household electricity at 220 V, the car takes about 6.5 hours to fully charge the 9.6 kWh battery and 9 hours for the 13.9 kWh battery.
