Toyota Corolla Cross 2024: Reserve Your Model with a Local Dealer in Vietnam – Expected Slight Price Increase

According to the information from the dealer, the new Corolla Cross is expected to be launched in Vietnam in May, with a price that is not much different from the current version. The sales consultant mentioned that customers can place a deposit for the vehicle starting from now to secure an early delivery.

The 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross was just introduced on February 9th in the Thai market. This is the first upgrade after three years of global sales for the B+ size CUV model. Although it is just a mid-life refresh, the 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross has undergone significant updates in terms of design, interior equipment, and technology.

In terms of exterior styling, the Toyota B-segment CUV showcases a more youthful look with a new front-end design. The vehicle features new LED headlights called Crystalized, integrated with sequential turn signals. The hybrid versions also have a frameless grille with honeycomb patterns, similar to the design used for the luxury SUV Lexus RX. At the rear, the LED taillights have a sleeker design compared to the previous version.

The interior of the 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross introduces a new interior color option called Dark Rose (black with deep pink accents), in addition to the standard black color. The vehicle also features a panoramic sunroof with an automatic open/close function. The highlight in the instrument panel area is a 12.3-inch LCD driver display and a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Two highly anticipated additions from customers that Toyota has included in the new Corolla Cross are electronic parking brake and auto hold. Other notable features include 15W wireless charging, USB Type C ports, interior ambient lighting, power tailgate, and dashcam.

The safety features of the 2024 Corolla Cross have also been upgraded with automatic parking brake, 360-degree camera, intelligent cruise control that operates at all speeds, and 8 front/rear sensors.

The engine of the 2024 Corolla Cross remains the same as the previous version. The standard variant is equipped with a 1.8L 4-cylinder inline gasoline engine that delivers a maximum power of 140 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and a peak torque of 177 Nm at 4,000 rpm, paired with a Super CVT-i 7-speed automatic transmission.

Meanwhile, the hybrid versions come with a hybrid powertrain featuring a 1.8L gasoline engine and an electric motor with a total power output of 122 horsepower. It is paired with an e-CVT gearbox and front-wheel drive.
