The Bentley painting process is a combination of modern technology and skilled craftsmanship. To ensure perfection for the Topaz Blue color, Bentley has applied a special paint process with multiple layers and manual sanding techniques.
Specifically, the car will be wrapped in a magnetic paper coating to remove ultra-fine dust particles floating in the air. Then, robots apply adhesive to the intersection points between the car body panels before moving on to the paint phase.

In this stage, first, the car will be coated with a base layer of paint and dried at a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius for 37.5 minutes. Next, Bentley engineers sand the car to enhance the adhesion and smoothness of the paint layer. The sanding process requires 6 skilled workers and is completed within 12 minutes. Afterwards, the car will be coated with a final paint layer and continue drying. The final step is a thorough inspection to ensure the paint has achieved the best finish.
The 2024 Continental GT Azure V8 is one of the models that utilize Bentley’s last petrol engines before the brand transitions to a pure electric vehicle brand under the Beyond 100 strategy. In addition to the special paint color, this luxury car also attracts customers with its twin-turbocharged 4.0L V8 engine, producing 550 horsepower. This power enables the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.0 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 318 km/h.
