Following the success of the first CKD assembly of the King Long Euro V coach (29 seats) at the factory in Da Nang in December 2023, TC Vietnam Motor Company (TCMV) continues to mark the launch of the new product with a Roadshow program from February 22nd, 2024 to March 27th, 2024 across all 3 regions of Vietnam.
Named “Change for Better Mobility”, the Roadshow aims to introduce the King Long Nova Euro 5 coach with many new improvements compared to the previous Euro 4 model, as well as efficient, economical, and safe operation on long journeys.
Furthermore, TCMV hopes that this program will help customers experience the new bus through display stops and test drives on the Roadshow schedule in selected provinces and cities over 1 month. A Brand New Look
The exterior is equipped with a LED strip on both sides, creating a harmonious, modern, and strong appearance. The rearview mirrors include a short mirror (driver’s side) and a long mirror (passenger side), designed to reduce vibrations, with power adjustment and defogging features, making it easy for drivers to observe the rear and maneuver on narrow roads. In addition, the front lights are equipped with Halogen Projector lights integrated with daytime running LED lights to improve visibility, along with turn signals and fog lights designed for aesthetics and high lighting performance during movement.
Safety and Comfort on Every Journey
The interior space has always been a strong point of King Long coaches, highly appreciated by many customers. In particular, the spacious driver’s compartment with a wide field of view helps the driver operate the vehicle safely, and the driver’s seat is equipped with an air cushion with multi-adjustment points to reduce fatigue, enhance comfort while driving, and protect the driver’s health. In addition, the new King Long coach has a wide aisle and a relatively large distance between passenger seats, creating a spacious environment for convenient movement and an extremely comfortable feeling for passengers onboard.
A Change for Better Mobility
The breakthrough of the all-new King Long NOVA EURO 5 coach is the installation of the WEICHAI EURO 5 diesel engine with a power of 220PS/2300rpm, a maximum torque of 800N.m @ 1200 ~ 1800 rpm, and an electronically controlled Common Rail Direct Injection (CRDi) fuel injection system. This engine provides a strong, smooth, and fuel-efficient driving experience. WEICHAI is a widely recognized engine brand thanks to its outstanding performance, high durability, and suitability for installation on various types of coaches, operating in diverse terrains.
Ordering the King Long Nova Euro 5 Coach
The all-new King Long Nova Euro 5 coach is distributed by TC Vietnam Motor Company through 10 authorized dealers in the Northern, Central, and Southern regions of Vietnam. It is expected to meet the demand for use by tour companies, transportation companies, and shuttle services for staff and employees, etc.
The NOVA EURO 5 coach is expected to be delivered to customers from March 2024 at the announced price of 1.9 billion VND including VAT. In addition, TC Vietnam Motor Company is offering an early booking incentive of 10 million VND/vehicle for customers who sign the Vehicle Purchase Contract and place a deposit at the company’s authorized dealer network during the Roadshow.
