The Mazda CX-30 2024 does not have many changes in its exterior design, but mainly focuses on upgrading the equipment.

The Mazda CX-30 2024 has just been officially launched in Southeast Asia, specifically in the Philippines market. Here, the 2024 Mazda CX-30 has a listed price of 878.8 million VND. Compared to the previous version, the price of the Mazda CX-30 has increased by 5,000 pesos (~2.2 million VND). In return, the 2024 Mazda CX-30 has been upgraded with some utility equipment, improved design, and entertainment system.

In terms of design, the grille on the Mazda CX-30 2024 has been changed to a dark chrome, the area around the windows is painted in glossy black Piano, adding highlights to the SUV’s exterior. The car is equipped with 18-inch dual-tone black alloy wheels.

Inside the cabin, details such as door handles, dashboard trim, cooling system knobs and air vents, and gear levers are highlighted by a gunmetal gray tone. Next is the ergonomic seats wrapped in brown leather with black suede in the middle, providing a luxurious look for the 2024 Mazda CX-30. In addition, Mazda also offers the option of all-black seats with brown stitching accents.

The biggest change inside the cabin of the Mazda CX-30 2024 is the infotainment screen. Accordingly, this screen has been upgraded to a 10.25-inch size, adding wireless connectivity for Apple CarPlay (Android Auto still requires a cable connection). In addition, the car is also equipped with a 12-speaker Bose sound system, power moonroof, HUD, 360-degree camera, wireless charging, and power tailgate.

In terms of safety, the Mazda CX-30 2024 has added new safety features in the i-Activsense package such as front cross-traffic alert (FCTA) combined with front cross-traffic braking support (FCBS), rear cross-traffic braking support (RCBS), and driver monitoring system (DMS). The Mazda CX-30 2024’s LED headlights now have adaptive capability, automatically turning on/off each bright area of the high beam to avoid dazzling.

In addition, safety features such as adaptive cruise control, smart city brake support (front/rear), forward collision warning, lane departure warning and lane-keeping assist, blind-spot warning, as well as 7 airbags and front/rear sensors are still retained as in previous versions.

Regarding the powertrain, the 2024 Mazda CX-30 in the Philippines is equipped with a 2.0L e-Skyactiv-G engine combined with a 24V electric hybrid system. According to the manufacturer, the regenerative energy during braking will be stored in a 0.216 kWh battery.

The 2024 Mazda CX-30 also has the ability to move entirely on electricity with a 7-horsepower electric motor and a maximum torque of 49 Nm in certain situations. The total power from the hybrid powertrain system is 162 horsepower and 213 Nm of torque, accompanied by a 6-speed automatic transmission.
