Will there be a Scrambler version of the Honda CB350?

Honda is set to expand its CB350 lineup with the addition of a Scrambler variant. This move aims to directly compete with rivals such as the Triumph Scrambler 400 X and the Royal Enfield Himalayan 411.

Based on the patent images, the Honda CB350 model can be seen to have many characteristic design details of a Scrambler, including a metal frame along both sides of the fuel tank, a fork and an upward exhaust pipe.

Honda will keep the 350cc engine but will adjust the gear ratio to match the style and characteristics of the bike.

In the Vietnam market, the Honda CB350 H’ness is distributed in 2 color versions including black-grey and red-black with a price starting from 129.9 million VND.

The engine of the Honda CB350 is a straight single-cylinder, 350cc displacement, air-cooled, producing 20.8 horsepower and a maximum torque of 30 Nm. The bike will use a 5-speed gearbox and a two-way slip clutch.

In terms of design, the Honda CB350 H’ness has a minimalist and powerful design, with a classic touch yet still modern.

Honda has not announced the launch date of the new Scrambler version, but is expected to be in 2025. Besides the Scrambler version, CB350 will also have another version developed in Adventure style. The prices of the Scrambler and Adventure CB350 are expected to be higher than the original model.

Meanwhile, the two rival models Triumph Scrambler 400 X and Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 are priced at 189.9 million VND and 139.9 million VND respectively.
