At the recent Geneva Motor Show, Swiss company Micro introduced the Microlino Lite, an electric “micro” car for non-drivers.
The Microlino Lite is compact in size, making it ideal for urban driving on narrow and congested streets.
The mini electric Microlino Lite is made of solid steel and measures 2500 x 1470 x 1500 mm in length, width, and height, respectively, with a weight of less than 600 kg.
The car is designed to meet the L6e light quadricycle standard, allowing anyone with a moped license from the age of 14 in some European countries to drive it.
The mini electric model is equipped with features such as a sunroof and a spacious 230-liter trunk. Microlino Lite is manufactured in Turin (Italy) and is available in two exterior colors: blue or anthracite gray, with options for basic or upgraded premium interior, including vegan leather, velvet seats, side bags, Bluetooth speakers, and a phone holder.
The Microlino Lite is powered by an electric motor that generates 12 horsepower. The motor is combined with a 5.5 kWh or 11 kWh battery, depending on the customer’s choice. The 5.5 kWh battery provides a maximum range of 100 km, while the remaining battery achieves a range of 177 km after each full charge.
In addition, users have the option of a 15 kWh battery, which provides a maximum range of 228 km after each full charge.
The car has a top speed of 45 km/h, which is also the maximum speed for vehicles in the L6e category.
In Europe, this mini car is priced from 17,990 euros (about 480 million VND). Customers who pre-order the car can receive it in June.
