One private motorcycle import unit in Ho Chi Minh City has just brought in the Vespa 946 Dragon model. This is the first 946 Dragon to appear in Vietnam.
The store has not yet revealed the price of the vehicle, however, according to many rumors, the price will not be less than 2 billion VND. The Vespa 946 Dragon is still in the process of registration, completing the necessary procedures before officially being offered for sale.
According to information from Piaggio Vietnam, the authentic Vespa 946 Dragon is also expected to be available from April this year with an extremely limited number of vehicles.
This could cause the price of the vehicle to increase multiple times, similar to some other special editions of the Vespa 946 that have been sold in Vietnam.
Powering this newly arrived Vespa 946 Dragon in Vietnam is a single cylinder engine with a displacement of 155 cc, producing 11.7 horsepower and 10.3 Nm of torque. Additionally, depending on different markets, there is also the option of a 125 cc engine.
The overall dimensions of the Vespa 946 Dragon are 1,965 x 730 x 1,405 mm.
The vehicle impresses with its elegant golden “attire” with contrasting emerald green dragon patterns, appearing from the fairing to the tail. It is known that this “attire” of the Vespa 946 Dragon is completely handmade in Italy.
On the right side of the Vespa 946 Dragon, there are 4 pairs of numbers: 12, 00, 88, and 76, written in a font similar to the varsity jacket style in American sports uniforms. These four numbers represent the past years of the Dragon zodiac: Nham Thin 2012, Canh Thin 2000, Mau Thin 1988, and Binh Thin 1976.
The Vespa 946 Dragon is equipped with modern features such as LED lighting system, front and rear disc brakes with ABS, and an LCD instrument panel displaying necessary information.
