Officially produced and distributed in Thailand, Honda CT125 is priced at around 60 million Vietnamese dong. However, when imported unofficially to Vietnam, the price of the bike soars up to 150 – 200 million Vietnamese dong, triple the original price. Nevertheless, this price does not diminish its appeal to consumers.
Honda CT125 is a modern reincarnation of the legendary Super Cub series, with significant improvements to meet the needs of off-road travel. The front of the bike features a round LED headlight and daytime running LED strip, along with a full LCD instrument cluster displaying all necessary information.
The body of the bike provides a stable feeling with a square design, equipped with a large front carrier for convenient storage. The sleek tail of the bike features an LED taillight and a spacious rear carrier, which can easily switch between carrying goods and passengers thanks to the convenient rubber cushioned seat.
Honda CT125 is equipped with 17-inch off-road tires both front and rear, along with an ABS disc brake system for the front wheel, enhancing safety and stability during operation. The bike uses a 125cc electronic fuel injection engine with a power output of 9.38 horsepower and a torque of 10.8 Nm, combined with a 4-speed gearbox.
Despite its exorbitant price in Vietnam, Honda CT125 still attracts collectors and those who love unique bikes thanks to its impressive design, flexible and stable performance on diverse terrains.
