On the occasion of International Women’s Day March 8, Haval Vietnam has launched a special appreciation program for women. Accordingly, when taking a “check-in” photo at Haval Vietnam’s showrooms, female customers will receive flowers and gifts such as:

  • A voucher worth VND 10,000,000 to purchase a Haval H6 Hybrid.
  • Free vehicle inspection vouchers at Haval Vietnam’s service centers.
  • Free car wash vouchers at Haval Vietnam’s service centers.

The program takes place from March 8th to April 10th, 2024, at Haval Vietnam showrooms nationwide.

In addition, Haval Vietnam also implements the “Give Love – Receive Love” promotion. Specifically, when purchasing a vehicle between March 6th and April 10th, 2024, customers will receive a cash incentive of VND 100,000,000 and a Diamond service card worth VND 50,000,000. Therefore, the total value of the Haval H6 promotion during this period is VND 150,000,000.

Haval H6 officially entered the Vietnamese market in the middle of 2023 with an initial starting price of VND 1,096 billion. The high price, coupled with the unfamiliar brand in the Vietnamese market and consumer bias against Chinese cars, has made it difficult for the Haval H6. Shortly after its launch, this model was continuously offered discounts, with prices dropping to as low as VND 852 million to attract customers.

In January 2024, Haval Vietnam unexpectedly reduced the listed price of the H6 to VND 986 million, a decrease of VND 110 million compared to the initial price. With the new incentives from Haval Vietnam, customers only need to pay VND 886 million to buy this mid-size SUV.

Along with the Honda CR-V e:HEV RS, the Haval H6 is a rare hybrid SUV in the C-segment that is equipped with a hybrid engine. Specifically, this Chinese model uses a 4-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine with a displacement of 1.5L and an electric motor, providing a total output of 240 horsepower and a maximum torque of 530 Nm. According to the company’s announcement, the H6 has an average fuel consumption of 18 km/liter (about 5.5 liters/100 km). In addition, the car has 4 driving modes: Standard, Sport, Eco, and Slippery.

Not only fuel-efficient, the Haval H6 in Vietnam also owns luxurious features such as LED headlights with automatic height adjustment, LED daytime running lights, LED taillights, 19-inch alloy wheels, power trunk with 4 closing/opening modes, leather seats, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch touchscreen center display, a head-up display, wireless phone charging, a dual-zone automatic climate control system with air filtration/ionization function, and a panoramic sunroof.

The safety equipment of the Haval H6 is also very comprehensive, including adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go function, forward collision warning, rear-end collision warning, lane keeping assist, automatic reverse parking with forward-reverse path tracking, forward/rear collision warning, emergency automatic braking, intelligent avoidance system, blind spot detection, lane departure warning, automatic parallel/perpendicular parking, lane change assist, door opening warning, lane-keeping assist, emergency lane-keeping, driver fatigue monitoring system, speed limit warning, and a 360-degree camera.

In 2024, Haval Vietnam will also launch a new model, Jolion, to compete in the B-segment SUV market.
