Upgrades to the exterior include redesigned front and rear bumpers. The front air intake is sleeker and wider. Additionally, the car features new wheels, a rear wiper, and an extended rear spoiler that is 50mm longer. In terms of dimensions, the upgraded version of the electric model is 4,655mm in overall length, which is 20mm longer than its predecessor.

For the Hyundai Ioniq 5 N Line, the new version stands out with its dedicated body kit, accompanied by the N Line badge. The front and rear bumpers feature light-colored accents inspired by the Ioniq 5 N. It also has color-matched mud flaps, refined side skirts, and new 20-inch alloy wheels.

Inside the cabin, the Ioniq 5 N Line has unique highlights including a distinctive steering wheel, sports seats, metal pedals, black headliner, new accents on the dashboard, red stitching, and various N Line badges. Hyundai also mentions the “dynamic driving experience” hinting at upgraded suspension, similar to other N Line models.

Furthermore, the Korean automaker has made upgrades to the Ioniq 5’s cabin by adding physical buttons on the center control cluster to control features such as heated seats and ventilation. The steering wheel is heated and supports parking assist. The wireless charger has been elevated, along with vertically arranged cup holders. The air conditioning and infotainment controls have been redesigned for easier operation, and the steering wheel features pixel lighting for interaction.

The Ioniq 5 2025’s infotainment system has been upgraded to the latest version. Hopefully, the new entertainment screen will support wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Other useful upgrades include improved safety features, remote folding rear seats, and integrated dash cams.

In addition, the Hyundai Ioniq 5 2025 is equipped with a larger 84 kWh battery borrowed from the range-topping Ioniq 5 N. However, Hyundai has not yet released specific figures for the vehicle’s operating range. Meanwhile, the predecessor with a 77.4 kWh battery has a range of 488 km (EPA) or 507 km (WLTP).

Hyundai does not mention any changes to the drivetrain system, meaning the Ioniq 5 2025 will still include a single electric motor variant with 168 horsepower, a dual electric motor variant with 321 horsepower, and a high-performance N variant with 641 horsepower.

The Hyundai Ioniq 5 2025 will be first available for sale in South Korea from March 2024, followed by other markets.
