Trend in car modification in Vietnam is often seen in sports cars, supercars, or luxury cars. The super luxury models from Rolls-Royce, Bentley, or Mercedes-Maybach are rarer due to their focus on elegance, and most owners like to keep their cars in original condition. However, there are still some daring enthusiasts who upgrade their super luxury cars with rare modification packages.

This Mansory modified Rolls-Royce Ghost is one of them. Although it belongs to the Series II of the first generation, it is the only Ghost in Vietnam that is fitted with a body kit from Mansory. In addition to this super luxury sedan, there are also two other Rolls-Royce Cullinans from Hanoi’s wealthy owner that are fully modified by Mansory at the factory in Germany and then imported to Vietnam.

According to research in foreign markets, the Mansory body kit package for the Rolls-Royce Ghost costs no less than 500 million VND (excluding transportation and assembly costs) in Vietnam. However, the modification package for this Ghost still lacks the rear spoiler.

The front end looks more aggressive with the extended front spoiler and two air vents integrated with LED strips. The middle part has an air intake with vertical vanes in the body color, resembling the traditional grille of the car. A LED strip has also been added below the lighting cluster to create a focal point. Despite being more aggressive, some people think that this design diminishes the original luxury look.

The body of the car remains simple without the addition of a lip kit or fake air vents like the two Mansory-modified Rolls-Royce Cullinans in Vietnam. The simple side panel is replaced with a new panel from the German modification company, although it is not too impressive as it only adds soft contour lines.

The rear end is not as simple as the original Rolls-Royce Ghost. This modification package originally included a rear spoiler placed on the luggage compartment lid to enhance the sporty look, but the owner chose not to upgrade this detail. The rear bumper is more muscular and comes with a Mansory exhaust tip.

The multi-spoke Mansory wheels on this super luxury sedan are painted in glossy black and are 21 inches in size. Referring to foreign markets, the conversion price of these 4 wheels is close to 240 million VND.

The interior of this unique Mansory-modified Rolls-Royce Ghost in Vietnam does not feature any upgraded details using carbon fiber like the two fully modified Rolls-Royces by Mansory in Germany. The dominant red tone in the cabin combines with black to create accents. Perhaps due to limited use, the overall interior of the car retains its freshness compared to many other cars of the same generation.

As the car was only upgraded with a body kit, the “heart” of this Ghost Series II is still a twin-turbo V12 engine with a displacement of 6.6 liters. This engine produces a maximum power of 570 horsepower at 5,250 rpm and a peak torque of 780 Nm at 1,500 rpm. The car uses an 8-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds before reaching a limited top speed of 249 km/h.
