With the spirit of accepting challenges, customer satisfaction is the motivation and strength for HVN to strive for new value. The Excellent Sales Staff competition has been implemented since 2015 and is one of the activities of HVN to continuously improve customer satisfaction and exceed customer expectations. This is where sales staff at Honda Authorized Dealers (HEAD) demonstrate deep product knowledge and professional selling skills while creating an opportunity for HVN to recognize and encourage the efforts of sales staff nationwide.
The Excellent Sales Staff competition for 2023-2024 started in early September 2023, with the participation of nearly 3,000 sales staff. After going through three challenging rounds including the Preliminary round at the HEAD, the online Preliminary round organized by HVN, and the Regional round, the competition has identified the top 30 representatives from 30 HEADs nationwide to participate in the Final round. The 30 “golden faces” have undergone two parts of the competition, namely the Persuasive Speech and the Problem Solving to challenge their knowledge of the product, selling skills, and communication skills, with the ultimate goal of improving customer satisfaction and demonstrating the hospitality of Honda employees.

After two intense competitions, the Excellent Sales Staff competition for 2023-2024 has identified the top 3 outstanding contestants – the representatives of approximately 3,000 sales staff from various HEADs nationwide.
