Thus, the average fuel cost of VF 6 is only about 582 VND/km, which is less than 20% compared to the gasoline cars in the cross-country trip.

Similarly, “VF e34 is unbelievably fuel-saving” is the sharing of Ms. Ngo Tra My (Binh Phuoc). Although having accompanied VF e34 for more than a year, the super-saving cost of the car still astonishes Ms. My. This Lunar New Year, VinFast electric car not only helps her save millions of VND on air tickets for the whole family but also avoids the crowded and tiring waiting when using public transportation.
According to Ms. My’s calculation, the total distance that her family traveled during the Lunar New Year was about 1,100 km, costing only 690,000 VND for charging the battery – an average of about 600 VND/km. “Very economical in difficult economic times,” Ms. My said.

In the Green Driving – Win Golden Dragon contest, many users also shared some tips to help reduce the cost of using electric cars even further. As member Dang Ngoc Tuan (Dong Hoi, Quang Binh) said, thanks to overnight home charging, his fuel cost for using VF 5 Plus in the past 6 months only reached a maximum of 250,000 VND/month for a distance of 1,200-1,300 km/month, which means less than 300 VND/km.
Many comments say that this is an unbelievable number, even cheaper than many motorcycles. “Just plug in the charger overnight, and the next day the car is always fully charged and ready to use,” Mr. Tuan shared.
“Electric cars are both convenient and enjoyable”
Not only winning the hearts of users thanks to cost savings, VinFast electric cars are also highly appreciated for providing convenient and safe driving experiences during use.
Even though Mr. Ho Minh Thanh, a member of the VinFast Community, has driven VF 6 for more than 2,000 km, he has never felt inconvenienced when using an electric car, even when traveling with a group of gasoline cars. VinFast’s charging station system with 150,000 ports deployed throughout the country helps electric car owners always proactively charge their cars on every journey.
“Charging time takes about 20-30 minutes to reach 90% battery, and then I can comfortably drive about 280-300 km before needing to charge again. The car runs well on highways as well as country roads, slopes, with intelligent ADAS features that assist the driver, making it stronger and more comfortable. Especially, the car has a sweet, cheerful Vietnamese virtual assistant named Vivi,” Mr. Minh believes that electric cars are just as convenient as gasoline cars, while providing a much safer and more enjoyable driving experience.

Sharing the same viewpoint, Mr. Nguyen Van Vu, who drove VF e34 from Ho Chi Minh City to Gia Lai, said that he was initially worried about the charging station system in rural and mountainous areas. After the trip, he realized that his worries were unnecessary.
“There are so many VinFast charging stations in the Central Highlands. The stations are close to each other, so whenever we want to take a break or the whole family wants to rest, we can go to a charging station for an additional 30 minutes, which is enough for the whole long journey,” Mr. Vu said.
