The 2024 Kia Seltos will be available in 4 trims: 1.5 AT, 1.5 Luxury, 1.5 Premium priced at 599 million, 679 million, and 739 million VND, respectively, with the 1.5 GT-Line trim to be announced later. The car is still locally assembled in Chu Lai, Quang Nam, at Thaco’s factory.

Overall, the exterior of the Kia Seltos has been upgraded to be more eye-catching, with a redesigned grille and front bumper. The headlights are similar to the previous version but have added a small cut-out, creating a new daytime running LED lighting graphic. The rear of the car has been redesigned with a more eye-catching taillight cluster, with an L-shaped rear light strip connecting the two sides of the body to the center Kia logo. The rear bumper has also been redesigned to be more eye-catching.

The body of the car has not changed much, with a different color trim on the lower body, black roof rails, and electrically adjustable rearview mirrors with turn signals. The car uses newly designed 18-inch alloy wheels inspired by the Kia Sportage.

Inside, the most significant changes are the 10.25-inch central entertainment screen and the 10.25-inch display behind the steering wheel, which are now on a single, more eye-catching flat surface that supports wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity. Other details in the cabin have not changed much, with the mechanical parking brake upgraded to an electronic parking brake with Auto Hold. The 2024 Kia Seltos also gets a heads-up display and paddle shifters, unique in the segment.

The car still features a leather interior, 8-way power driver’s seat with integrated cooling, dual-zone climate control, power trunk, smart key, and push-button start.

The ADAS safety system is also equipped on all four versions, including forward collision warning and avoidance assistance, stop & go adaptive cruise control, adaptive headlights, lane departure warning and assistance, lane keeping warning and assistance, blind spot collision avoidance assistance, rear cross-traffic collision avoidance assistance, door opening hazard warning, and driver attention warning. The car is also equipped with anti-lock brakes (ABS), electronic stability control (ESC), hill-start assist (HAC), reversing camera, rear parking sensors, and six airbags.

The 2024 Kia Seltos has two engine options: a 1.5 Smartstream engine with 113 horsepower and 144 Nm of torque mated to an upgraded CVT automatic transmission with dual injectors. The other option is a 1.5 Turbo engine with 158 horsepower and 253 Nm of torque equipped with a new CVVD continuously variable valve system mated to a 7-speed DCT wet dual-clutch transmission. The car has three driving modes: Normal/Eco/Sport, and three terrain modes: Snow/Mud/Sand, allowing users to choose the most suitable option for their driving conditions.
