Bentley Mulliner’s personalization division has partnered with renowned jeweler Boodles to create a one-of-a-kind take on the Continental GTC convertible supercar. Not only does the car boast a striking exterior, but the cabin is equally special, featuring diamond-encrusted pendants and 18-karat white gold accents throughout the dashboard.
The Bentley Continental GTC Boodles Mulliner Edition is finished in Porpoise Grey, contrasted by a Linen interior. Chrome details are complemented by accents in Boodles’ signature Powder Pink hue, which can be found on the front splitter, side skirts, rear diffuser, and decklid spoiler. Mulliner also opted for a set of 22-inch wheels finished in Vonfram.
Inside the cabin, the centerpiece is a diamond-set “Be Boodles Bentley” pendant embedded in the center console, combining with white gold hardware to create an ultra-luxurious ambiance.
Autumn Stone wood veneers are used elsewhere, accented by Powder Pink piping on the air vents, dashboard, and more. The same shade is used for the cross-stitching, which required 278,566 stitches and six hours to complete.
24-karat gold accents on the air vents are reminiscent of Boodles’ goldsmithing heritage. The jeweler’s logo and the year of its founding, “1798,” appear on the front fender arch, dashboard, door sills, and puddle lights.
No changes have been made to the drivetrain compared to the standard Continental GTC Mulliner, and the oval exhaust tips at the rear indicate that this one-off Bentley Continental GTC still uses the twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter W12 engine, producing 641 horsepower and 900 newton-meters of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels through an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
This special edition Bentley Continental GTC will make its public debut on April 11 at a London dealership. Pricing has yet to be announced, but given the opulent materials used throughout, the Boodles edition Continental GTC will likely command a significant premium over the standard car, which starts at £204,000 (around $270,000) in the UK.
In Vietnam, the Bentley Continental GTC has become less popular, although there were quite a few examples of the first generation (2006-2011) and the second generation (2011-2018). In the current generation, only one V8 version, from 2021, was imported through a private company and is owned by a wealthy individual in Quang Ninh. The car’s value is estimated to be over 22 billion VND after taxes, making it more expensive than many supercars.
