Mazda has just announced a discount program for its CX-5 SUV with incentives up to 20 million VND, bringing the starting price of this model in April down to just 749 million VND. Meanwhile, the highest version of the CX-5 is priced at 979 million VND. With this price, the Mazda CX-5 is currently one of the C-size SUVs with the most attractive selling price, increasing competitive pressure on rival models in the same segment.
Experts believe that the reason Mazda CX-5 has its listed price adjusted is because rival models in the segment are also competing to reduce prices. Specifically, at the beginning of April, Hyundai Tucson was announced by the company to reduce the listed price to 769 – 919 million VND, equivalent to a reduction of 30-50 million VND. Besides, Ford Territory is also applied by Ford Vietnam with preferential prices from 799 – 929 million VND, a decrease of 20-25 million VND.

The model is equipped with 2 driving modes: Normal and Sport.
