Toyota Vios – A Car That Meets the Demanding Criteria of Young Families

The preferences of car users vary from time to time. Especially in the context of an unpredictable economy, the change in car selection criteria of many users, especially young families, is even more evident. Accordingly, instead of choosing car models with a glamorous appearance to express their own personality, many young family customers tend to switch to car models that emphasize safety, practicality, economy, and durability like Toyota Vios.

In January 2024, Mr. Huy, living in Hanoi, planned to buy a car to serve his small family of three.

“In the past, when I first graduated and started working, I always dreamed of one day owning a car that looked really cool, drove well, and had a lot of amenities to enjoy. At that time, I didn’t care much about the fuel consumption, repair costs or liquidity of the car.”, Mr. Huy shared with a laugh.

“However, after going through a difficult period of the Covid-19 pandemic, and now that the economy is still being negatively affected by the pandemic, my car selection criteria have changed. Criteria for many fancy features are no longer very important to me. Especially when my wife gave birth to our first child, I decided to buy a Toyota Vios. Simply because this car model focuses on the most practical values to serve the needs of a young family. The car is spacious, has enough amenities, and is suitable for the family’s financial conditions. Meanwhile, the core values such as safety, quality, and superior durability of Toyota Vios have been proven over many years, so I was completely confident in spending money on it.”, said Mr. Huy.

Sharing the same view, Mr. Tung, living in Hai Duong, said: “When the era of the most authentic values reigns supreme, Toyota Vios is truly the leading sedan choice for young families like mine. Firstly, this sedan model has a very affordable price. Next, Vios is far superior to other car models in the same segment in terms of practicality with a spacious and comfortable interior, a large trunk, and quite good amenities. Moreover, many Vios car users around me also appreciate Vios’ smooth, quiet operation, and impressive fuel economy. Not to mention, Toyota Vios is also known for its durability, low maintenance, high liquidity, while the maintenance cost is much cheaper than many other car models in the same segment.

High Safety and Reliability

Toyota Vios was first introduced to Vietnamese users in 2003. After more than 2 decades of presence in the Vietnamese market, Vios has become a familiar name to many families, and is even affectionately called “national car” by many people. To achieve these successes, this B-class sedan model has been continuously improved by Toyota Vietnam to meet the increasingly demanding needs of users.

In the latest upgrade, in addition to changes in design, equipment, and amenities, Vios has also been upgraded in terms of safety features. Notably, there are two new safety features in the TSS package: forward collision warning and lane departure warning. These are safety features that first appear in the B-class sedan segment. Specifically, the forward collision warning system is an active safety system, when detecting a possible collision with the vehicle ahead, the system will warn the driver, and activate the brake assist when the driver brakes or automatically brake when the driver does not brake.

The lane departure warning feature on Toyota Vios is also a very useful feature, operating at speeds of 50 km/h or higher. That means, when traveling on provincial roads or in the city, users can use this feature immediately to support safer driving. For example, when the driver loses focus, the vehicle deviates from the lane, the system will immediately alert the driver with a buzzer and warning light. This is a highly valued safety feature because a side collision is quite dangerous.

Attractive Price, Starting at Only 458 Million VND

In addition to standing out thanks to its advantages in terms of durability, safety, practicality, economy, and high liquidity, Toyota Vios has also attracted young family customers thanks to its extremely attractive new selling price. Specifically, from March 1, Toyota Vietnam has adjusted the new retail prices for Vios with a maximum reduction of up to 47 million VND, making the starting price of Vios only from 458 million VND.

This new reasonable price of Vios helps reduce the financial burden for young families, thereby making it easier for them to own a car with the most practical values in the current difficult economic situation.
