According to the agreement, Mobivia will provide warranty service, maintenance consulting, new equipment, and accessories for VinFast electric vehicles in these two markets according to the manufacturer’s standard procedures.
Founded more than 50 years ago, Mobivia – with subsidiaries such as Midas, ATU, Auto 5 and Carter-Cash – holds a leading position in the car repair and maintenance sector in Europe. Through this cooperation agreement, VinFast will also support Mobivia in accelerating the transition to providing after-sales services for electric vehicles.

Committed to promoting sustainable mobility, Mobivia’s subsidiaries are offering a 100% maintenance package exclusively for electric vehicles and continuously improving the expertise of its electric vehicle technician team through in-depth training programs at its Academy in France and a network of specialized electric vehicle centers in Germany. Mobivia also has a research and development center with a team of engineers specializing in electric vehicle technology. They coordinate Mobivia’s entire network through a telephone-based customer service center.
