Vietnam Journey of Impressive Experiences

Cyberster on Hanoi Streets

The electric supercar has visited the capital of Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Da Nang, Hoi An, and the vibrant city of Ho Chi Minh. The world tour with a destination in the S-shaped strip of land is considered a stepping stone for the MG brand to bring electrified models such as MG4 EV or the commercial version of the “electric supercar” MG Cyberster to the Vietnamese market in the near future.

Returning to the “origin” of the traditional racing car, Cyberster was developed at MG’s London Design Center and features new generation technology features along with two powertrain configurations with a single 310 horsepower rear-wheel drive motor combined with a 64kWh battery (for a range of 501km) or 77kWh (580km). The high-end version uses a dual-motor all-wheel drive motor with a capacity of 536 horsepower, combined with a 77kWh battery for a 520km range, accelerating from 0-100 km/h in under 3 seconds.

Ready to Conquer

On the electric supercar’s first-ever world tour, behind the wheel of the Cyberster are twins Hugo and Ross Turner – famous professional explorers from the UK who currently hold 2 world records and have achieved feats such as rowing across the Atlantic Ocean, challenging the Greenland ice cap, and conquering the summit of Elbrus. They believe that technology is the key to unlocking the unexplored limits of each person and the most effective tool in responding to climate change. The twins have realized those ideas through hydrogenation, electrification, on motorbikes, boats, and now with Cyberster – a unique two-door electric supercar.

Turner Twins’ Journey in Vietnam

A spirit that always accepts challenges, welcomes new things; The thirst to explore the limits of technology from “The Turner twins” somehow reflects the spirit of the British brand: always ready to conquer challenges, set higher goals to improve themselves.

“Charging Into The Future” is organized to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the formation and development of the British car brand – MG. This is a 7-month, 10,000-mile (over 16,000 km) world tour from London to Shanghai on the MG Cyberster electric sports car, passing through 3 continents and 23 countries.
