The new battery subscription package is calculated based on 3 milestones corresponding to the customer’s monthly travel distance. Specifically, customers only have to pay 1.2 million VND/month if the total monthly travel distance is less than 1,500 km; 1.6 million VND/month for travel distances from 1,500 km to less than 3,000 km; and 2.7 million VND/month for travel distances from 3,000 km and over.
This new battery subscription package has been officially applied by VinFast to the VF 5 Plus model from April 22, 2024, bringing flexibility, convenience, and optimal benefits to customers. Accordingly, if the usage demand is less than 1,500 km/month, customers can save at least 400,000 VND/month compared to before. This is a meaningful thank-you gift for customers who buy VF 5 Plus cars on the occasion of the one-year anniversary of the car being officially launched on the market.
For customers who are using VF 5 Plus cars with the old battery subscription package, VinFast will support the switch to the new battery subscription package completely free of charge, however customers will not be allowed to return to the old package. To be supported to switch battery subscription packages, customers can contact the Customer Care switchboard at 1900 23 23 89 or go to the nearest VinFast showroom or distributor.
With the addition of the new battery subscription package, VinFast continues to affirm the philosophy of “Customer-centric”, always listening to the needs and bringing optimal benefits to customers. Besides the option of renting a battery, customers can also choose to buy a car with a battery to further optimize monthly energy consumption costs.
VinFast is currently implementing the “Indomitable Vietnamese Spirit Campaign 2” with many attractive incentives, especially the “3 Most” car loan support policy: the highest loan value, up to 80% of the car price; the longest loan term up to 8 years; and the most attractive interest rates. As a result, customers only need to pay the initial down payment and pay the principal and interest each month of around VND 5 million to own the VinFast VF 5 Plus.
