VinFast has announced the addition of a new E1000 battery rental package for all electric motorbike models using LFP batteries, with a cost of only 250,000 VND/month for a maximum travel distance of 1,000 km. The new E1000 battery rental package is applied by VinFast for the following models: Evo200/Evo200 Lite, Feliz S, Klara S (2022), Vento S, and Theon S. As a result, customers with low travel demands can save at least 100,000 VND/month on energy costs compared to before.
VinFast adds new battery rental package starting from only 250,000 VND/month for electric motorbikes.
In parallel with the E1000 package, VinFast continues to offer two other packages priced at 350,000 VND/month for travel distances from 1,000 km to 2,000 km; and 990,000 VND/month for distances from 2,000 km and up. Customers currently using old packages or signing battery rental contracts before April 10, 2024, who wish to switch to the E1000 package will be supported by VinFast with a free conversion; however, they will not be able to return to packages with lower values or previous promotional programs.
During use, if a customer’s monthly travel distance exceeds the package’s kilometer limit, the system will automatically record the customer’s transition to a higher package corresponding to the number of kilometers traveled in that month. Customers can register to switch back to the old package for free 2 times per year. However, if a customer exceeds the limit for the third time within a year, the customer will have to pay a fee of 600,000 VND and will not be able to switch back to the old package.
The E1000 package is provided by VinFast based on research on travel habits and consumer feedback on monthly vehicle usage. Together with the corresponding electricity charging cost of only about 200 VND/km, VinFast electric motorbikes are becoming an economical choice in the market.
Currently, VinFast is offering 5 smart electric motorbike models using advanced LFP batteries, with a maximum travel distance of over 200 km after each full charge, a maximum speed of up to 90 km/h comparable to gasoline motorbikes but more environmentally friendly, and with absolute fire and explosion resistance. The specific prices of the vehicles are as follows:

In order to support customers in easily switching to electric motorbikes, VinFast is cooperating with Chợ Tốt to implement the “Trade in old gasoline vehicles – Get new electric vehicles” program with many attractive incentives. Specifically, customers who purchase VinFast electric motorbikes through the Chợ Tốt platform will receive corresponding discounts of 800,000 VND for Evo200/Evo200 Lite, 1,200,000 VND for Feliz S, 1,600,000 VND for Klara S (2022), 2,400,000 VND for Vento S and 3,000,000 VND for Theon S.
In addition, VinFast is also implementing a special promotion program on the occasion of the upcoming major holidays, April 30 – May 1 and the 70th anniversary of the historic Dien Bien Phu victory (May 7, 1954 – May 7, 2024). Accordingly, customers who purchase VinFast electric motorbikes from April 25 to June 30, 2024, will receive 03 months of free battery rental, and will have the opportunity to participate in a lucky draw to win 300 VinFast smart electric motorbikes, with a total prize value of up to 22 billion VND.
