The new Haval H9 has a length of 5,070 mm, a width of 1,976 mm, a height of 1,930 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,850 mm. The car will be available in 5-seater and 7-seater configurations.
Powering the car is a 2.0 turbo gasoline engine with a maximum output of 221 horsepower and a maximum torque of 385 Nm, mated to an 8AT gearbox. In addition, the car is also available with a 2.4 turbo diesel engine with 184 horsepower and 480 Nm of torque, mated to a 9AT gearbox.
In addition, the car is also equipped with a 4-wheel drive system and 3 differential locks. Users can choose from 4 exterior paint colors: Smoke White, Tile Black, Slate Gray and Spring Mountain Green.
In terms of exterior design, the new Haval H9 adopts a boxy body design, highlighted by a front grille with thick horizontal chrome bars, round headlights with a square border, a spare tire placed at the rear of the car, and rectangular taillight clusters placed vertically. The gasoline engine versions are equipped with 17/18/19-inch wheels, while the diesel versions are only equipped with 18-inch wheels.
Based on the interior shots, we can see that the new Haval H9 has a large floating central screen and a rectangular LCD instrument cluster. Furthermore, the center console has a plethora of physical buttons, levers, knobs, and storage compartments.
