**Genesis Unveils Refreshed GV70 and GV80 SUVs**

Hyundai’s luxury brand Genesis has unveiled updated versions of its GV70 and GV80, with the GV70 receiving its debut in South Korea and the GV80 making its debut in the United States.

**Design Updates**

Both of these Korean luxury SUVs receive minor exterior redesigns. The common thread between the 2025 Genesis GV70 and GV80 is a new diamond-patterned mesh grille.

Specific to the Genesis GV70 2025, the SUV’s LED headlights gain MLA multi-lens array technology, while the front bumper receives a new skid plate. Other changes include new dark silver 19-inch alloy wheels, rear turn signals integrated into the taillights instead of on the rear bumper, a revised rear spoiler, and new exhaust tips. The Sport trim receives a unique G-Matrix Crest grille, larger air intakes, and more blacked-out elements, such as 21-inch alloy wheels, a rear diffuser, and exhaust tips.

Meanwhile, the Genesis GV80 2025 gains a new front bumper with a wider central air intake. The SUV’s wheels and rear end are also refreshed, and the exhaust tips are now hidden. Two new paint colors are added: Storr Green and matte Storr Green.

**Interior Upgrades**

Inside the two Genesis luxury SUVs, the most notable change is the new 27-inch OLED display that spans the dashboard. This combines the digital instrument cluster and center touchscreen, similar to other recent models from Hyundai and Kia. Another commonality between the two is a revised steering wheel.

Additionally, the Genesis GV70 2025 receives a cleaner rectangular climate control panel, while the air vents are now elliptical in shape. The Sport trim gets a unique steering wheel and contrasting orange stitching.

The Genesis GV80 2025, meanwhile, gets a new center console with a larger cupholder and a crystal-cut gear selector. Revised controls, an upgraded wireless phone charger, and new interior colors are also added to the Genesis GV80 2025.

**Equipment and Features**

New standard features for the Genesis GV80 2025 include a hands-free power liftgate, 19-inch alloy wheels, heated leather front seats, gloss black interior trim, dual-zone automatic climate control, a power steering wheel, and a 12-speaker sound system.

Standard safety features include smart cruise control, highway driving assist, forward collision avoidance assist, and lane keep assist. Blind-spot collision avoidance assist, rear cross-traffic avoidance assist, safe exit assist, headlight assist, and intelligent speed limit assist are also available on the Genesis GV80 2025 in the United States market.

**Powertrain**

Under the hood, the Genesis GV70 2025 in the South Korean market continues with the same engine options: a 2.5-liter turbocharged inline-four diesel, a 2.5-liter turbocharged inline-four gasoline, and a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 gasoline.

The Genesis GV80 2025 in the United States, meanwhile, comes with two engine options. The first is a 2.5-liter turbocharged inline-four gasoline engine producing 300 horsepower and 311 lb-ft of torque. The second is a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 gasoline engine producing 375 horsepower and 391 lb-ft of torque.

**Pricing**

Pricing for the Genesis GV70 2025 in the South Korean market has not yet been announced. Meanwhile, in the United States market, the Genesis GV80 2025 starts at $57,700 and goes up to $79,300.
