MG is offering impressive deals across its range this May, with the MG RX5 taking center stage.
The MG RX5 1.5T STD and 1.5T LUX are now offered with a substantial discount of up to 120 million VND, including registration fees and two years of physical damage insurance. The 1.5T STD, initially priced at 739 million VND, and the 1.5T LUX, at 829 million VND, now have reduced prices of 619 million VND and 709 million VND, respectively.
At these prices, the MG RX5 is now competitively priced against smaller SUV rivals like the Hyundai Creta (599 – 699 million VND) and the Mitsubishi Xforce (599 – 680 million VND). It also undercuts other SUVs in its class, making it the most affordable option in the compact SUV segment.
In addition to the manufacturer’s discount, MG dealers are offering cash incentives and accessories, further enhancing the value proposition of the MG RX5. These additional incentives vary by dealership.
It’s worth noting that these offers apply to the 2023 model year MG RX5 (VIN 2023), indicating an effort to clear inventory by both the brand and its dealers.
The promotions extend to other MG models as well. The MG5 1.5 STD and 1.5 LUX are offered with a 25 million VND and 30 million VND rebate on registration fees, respectively. The MG ZS range sees discounts on the 1.5 STD+, 1.5 COM+, and 1.5 LUX+ variants, with benefits ranging from registration fee waivers to physical damage insurance. The MG HS 1.5T DEL and 1.5T LUX models from 2023 receive a package worth 40 million VND, including registration fees and one year of physical damage insurance. The same models from 2024 are offered with a 10 million VND discount.
