The Koenigsegg: A Supercar Like No Other.

With a waiting list that stretches into years and a price tag of a cool $1.7 million, the Koenigsegg Gemera is an exclusive ride. Limited to a global production run of just 300 units, this Swedish hypercar is an automotive masterpiece, boasting an impressive performance and an eye-watering price equivalent to 39 billion Vietnamese dong.

Mention the Koenigsegg brand, and car enthusiasts in Vietnam are sure to bring up the two notable appearances of this Swedish carmaker in their country: the limited-edition CCX, of which only 30 were made, and the even more striking Regera, with its production limited to just 80 vehicles. But there’s another fascinating model in the Koenigsegg lineup: the Gemera.

The Koenigsegg Gemera breaks the mold when it comes to its siblings. It’s a family car that comfortably seats four, boasts a luxurious interior, and, of course, has a generous luggage compartment. Under the hood and in the trunk, you’ll find a total of 200 liters of space, enough to accommodate several medium-sized suitcases. The manufacturer also offers custom-made luggage for the car, and if that’s not enough, there’s always the option to purchase an additional roof-mounted storage box.

The Gemera is no compact car, measuring 4,975 mm in length, 1,988 mm in width, and 1,295 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,000 mm. These dimensions accommodate a spacious four-seat interior. Each of the four seats has heating and electric four-way adjustment for the front seats. The car also features three-zone automatic climate control, an infotainment system with WiFi, four reading lights, eight cup holders (four cooled, four heated), two smartphone charging trays, an 11-speaker audio system, dual 13-inch front and rear screens, and a 360-degree camera.

The Koenigsegg Gemera is a million-dollar hypercar and the world’s first four-seat hypercar. But when you combine the power of its gasoline and electric engines, it becomes a megacar, with a staggering 1,677 horsepower and 3,500 Nm of torque.

Specifically, the Gemera’s three-cylinder, 2.0-liter, twin-turbo engine produces a maximum of 590 horsepower at 7,500 rpm and 600 Nm of torque between 2,000 and 7,000 rpm. And that’s not all – each of the rear wheels is fitted with an electric motor capable of delivering an additional 493 horsepower and 1,000 Nm of torque.

Relying solely on its electric motors, the Gemera can cover a distance of 50 kilometers. When combined with its internal combustion engine, this range extends to 950 kilometers. With a full tank of gas and a fully charged battery, this million-dollar hypercar can take you on a journey of up to 1,000 kilometers.
