Actor Chi Bao Spares No Expense, Spending Nearly 20 Billion VND on 2 Luxury Cars as a Gift for His Pregnant Wife’s 36th Birthday

The cars in question are the Mercedes-AMG SL43, a sports car, and the Mercedes-Maybach GLS480 4Matic, a super-luxury SUV. On top of that, the gift is also an early birthday present for his wife, who is expecting a child.

Prior to this, the couple had also purchased a brand-new Bentley Flying Spur with a price tag of over 20 billion VND. With the addition of these two new cars, their garage now boasts a super-luxury car, a sports car, and a super-luxury SUV.

The Mercedes-AMG SL43 R232, sold officially in Vietnam for nearly 7 billion VND, is equipped with a 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder engine that produces 375 horsepower and 480 Nm of torque. This power is coupled with a 9-speed transmission, enabling the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 275 km/h.

On the other hand, the Mercedes-Maybach GLS480 4Matic, a super-luxury SUV, is officially priced at 8.4 billion VND. Its interior is just as luxurious as the higher-end GLS600, but it comes with a more affordable price tag thanks to its 3.0-liter, 6-cylinder engine that enjoys tax benefits compared to a V8 engine.

Chi Bao’s newly purchased Mercedes-Maybach GLS480 4Matic SUV produces a maximum output of 367 horsepower at 5,500-6,100 rpm and a peak torque of 500 Nm at 1,600-4,500 rpm. The power is transmitted to all four wheels through a 9G-Tronic 9-speed transmission.
