As one of Vietnam’s most prestigious car enthusiasts, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong is also a well-known Ferrarista (Ferrari collector). He has owned several Ferrari models, including the 360 Spider, F430, 488 GTB, F12berlinetta, and F8 Tributo. Currently, he also drives a personalized Ferrari SF90 Spider in Blu Tour De France blue.
On the very morning of the Ferrari 12Cilindri’s launch, Mr. Cuong sealed the deal with a Facebook comment just three hours after the car’s official introduction at 7 am on May 3rd (Vietnam time). According to the authorized dealer, only two units were allocated for the Vietnamese market.
The 12Cilindri effortlessly captivates Ferrari enthusiasts with its elegant and classically inspired design. The car pays homage to the sports cars of the 1950s and 1960s.
What sets this supercar apart is Ferrari’s commitment to a pure naturally aspirated V12 engine configuration, without the aid of electric motors, while still meeting stringent emission standards. The car delivers an impressive 830 horsepower, accelerating from 0-100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds and reaching a top speed of over 340 km/h.
Ferrari simultaneously launched the 12Cilindri and 12Cilindri Spider, with starting prices of approximately $424,000 and $467,000, respectively. The coupe variant will be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2024, while the convertible version will arrive at dealerships in 2025. It is currently unknown which version the entrepreneur, born in 1982, has chosen to add to his multi-million-dollar collection.
