On June 18, 2024, Hyundai Thanh Cong announced new price listings for four of their models, including the Venue. The Hyundai Venue now has a listed price of 499 million VND for the 1.0 Turbo version and 539 million VND for the 1.0 Turbo Special version. Both versions of this subcompact SUV are now 40 million VND cheaper than their initial listing price.
However, at dealerships, the Hyundai Venue is even more affordable. Many dealerships are offering the 1.0 Turbo version for 485 million VND and the 1.0 Turbo Special version for 520 million VND. These prices are 14 million and 19 million VND lower than the manufacturer’s new listed price, respectively.
The Hyundai Venue has a dealership price of 485 million VND, making it the most affordable subcompact SUV in its segment.
It’s also worth mentioning that, for June 2024, Hyundai Thanh Cong is offering official incentives for the Venue. According to the manufacturer, customers who purchase this subcompact SUV can choose one of two incentive packages. The first package offers an interest rate incentive of 0% for 12 months on installment payments. The second package provides financial support of up to 50% on registration fees.
It appears that June is the perfect time to purchase a Hyundai Venue at a bargain price. Additionally, these incentives and discounts are expected to boost the sales of this South Korean subcompact SUV in June 2024.
The decree reducing the registration fee by 50% for domestically produced and assembled cars is expected to come into effect in July. As the Hyundai Venue is assembled in Vietnam, it will benefit from this new policy.
Introduced to the Vietnamese market in late 2023, the Hyundai Venue has yet to achieve high sales figures and often ranks last in its subcompact SUV segment. In May 2024, the Venue sold 295 units, an increase of 8.9%, but still lagged behind the Toyota Raize and Kia Sonet.

The Hyundai Venue boasts several strengths, including an attractive design reminiscent of the larger Palisade SUV, adequate equipment, and a powerful engine for its class. It comes equipped with LED lights, 16-inch alloy wheels, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a USB Type-C charging port, a six-speaker audio system, push-button start, smart key, and automatic air conditioning with rear vents.
Additionally, this subcompact SUV offers a range of safety features, including six airbags, a rearview camera, parking sensors, cruise control, speed limiter, tire pressure monitoring system, and automatic headlights.
The Hyundai Venue is powered by a turbocharged 1.0L inline three-cylinder engine that delivers 120 horsepower and 172 Nm of torque. Compared to its competitors in the segment, the Venue stands out for its engine performance. This engine is paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and front-wheel drive.
