In July 2024, Honda Vietnam is offering incentives on four of their vehicle models, including the BR-V. This marks a return to promotional campaigns for the BR-V after a six-month hiatus.
Throughout this month, Honda is offering a 50% discount on the registration fee for their small MPV. The Honda BR-V is currently priced at 661 million VND for the G variant and 705 million VND for the L variant. With this promotion, customers can save approximately 33 million VND on the G variant and 35 million VND on the L variant.
The promotion will be valid for customers who sign a purchase contract for the BR-V and complete the full payment between July 5 and July 31, 2024. The discount on the registration fee will be applied at a rate of 10%.

Promotion for Honda BR-V in July 2024.
Due to the lack of promotions since the beginning of 2024, the Honda BR-V has not achieved high sales figures. In May 2024, Honda sold 256 units of the BR-V in Vietnam, a 20.2% decrease compared to the previous month.
Cumulative sales for the first five months of 2024 show that Vietnamese customers purchased 1,304 units of the BR-V, which is lower than its competitors such as the Mitsubishi Xpander (6,537 units), Toyota Veloz Cross (2,097 units), Suzuki XL7 (1,752 units), and Kia Carens (1,479 units).
The Honda BR-V is currently the fifth best-selling small MPV in Vietnam.
The Honda BR-V faces challenges in terms of pricing within the small MPV segment. Additionally, its convenience features are not particularly outstanding. However, the vehicle makes up for this with its advanced safety features, which are not standard on all small MPVs in Vietnam.
Specifically, the Honda BR-V is equipped with the Honda Sensing suite of advanced safety technologies, which includes six features: Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS), Adaptive Headlights (AHB), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Departure Mitigation (RDM), Lane Keeping Assist (LKAS), and Front Vehicle Start Notification (LCDN).
Furthermore, the MPV features six airbags, the Honda LaneWatch blind spot monitoring system, electronic stability control, traction control (TCS), hill-start assist, a rearview camera, automatic door locking when the key is out of sensor range, and emergency brake signal (ESS).
Powering the MPV is a 1.5L i-VTEC 4-cylinder DOHC gasoline engine that produces a maximum output of 119 horsepower and a peak torque of 145 Nm. The engine is paired with a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT) and front-wheel drive.
