Suzuki has been offering generous promotions on the Ertiga Hybrid model over the past few months, and July 2024 is no exception. This month, the company is offering a 100% discount on registration fees for both the MT and AT versions of the Ertiga Hybrid. Additionally, the MT version comes with a 0% interest rate for 12 months and a fuel voucher worth 3 million VND, while the AT version offers a 0% interest rate for 6 months and a fuel voucher worth 10 million VND.
The total value of the promotions for both versions of the Ertiga Hybrid in July 2024 amounts to 89 million VND. After the discount, the starting price of the vehicle is only 449 million VND. Customers who opt for installment payments need only make an initial payment as low as 89 million VND.
The reason for Suzuki’s consistent price reductions on the Ertiga Hybrid is that this model is about to be discontinued in the Vietnamese market. According to an insider source, Suzuki has halted the import of the 2024 (VIN 2024) Ertiga Hybrid into Vietnam. The vehicles currently available at dealerships bear the 2023 VIN.
Suzuki is also offering promotions on two other models: the XL7 and the Swift. Both vehicles are eligible for a 50% discount on registration fees, amounting to 30 million VND.

Promotion program for Suzuki models in July 2024.
Notably absent from the list of promoted vehicles for July is the Suzuki Ciaz. This is because Suzuki Vietnam has decided to discontinue this B-segment sedan. According to a representative of Suzuki Vietnam, the import of the 2024 Ciaz has been halted since May, and there are no plans to resume sales of this model. No explanation has been provided for the discontinuation. Suzuki dealerships are currently clearing their remaining stock of the Ciaz.
In the coming period, Suzuki Vietnam’s product lineup will be missing the Ertiga Hybrid and Ciaz models. The XL7 will become the brand’s flagship vehicle in the Vietnamese market. Additionally, a new mild hybrid engine version of the Suzuki XL7 is set to launch in Vietnam this year, imported wholly from Indonesia. Vietnamese dealerships have started taking reservations for this model.
