According to Korean Car Blog, the next-generation Hyundai Palisade has been spotted again on the roads of South Korea, still heavily camouflaged, concealing most of its exterior and interior.

The LX3 prototype showcases a boxy design language similar to the 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe. However, the 2026 Palisade will differentiate itself with unique headlight and taillight designs.

The new Palisade’s grille will be larger and more prominent, while the windows have been tweaked to emphasize the vehicle’s increased length.

The 2026 Hyundai Palisade is expected to be built on a new platform, with an extended wheelbase compared to the current model. This change is believed to improve interior space, making the Palisade more competitive against rivals in the overseas market, such as the Honda Pilot, Toyota Grand Highlander, Ford Explorer, and Volkswagen Teramont in the Vietnamese market.

The cockpit of the 2026 Palisade is also heavily camouflaged, similar to the exterior. However, based on images shared by Shorts Car, the next-generation Palisade will feature a curved dual-screen setup, likely combining two 12.3-inch displays.

The center console between the front seats features a leather-wrapped horseshoe design with wood trim. Meanwhile, the controls for the rear seat climate and seat heating functions have been moved to the roof, and the speakers now include a door-open warning feature.

According to Korean Car Blog, the 2026 Hyundai Palisade is likely to offer two engine options. Instead of the current 3.8L engine, the 2026 Palisade will be powered by a 3.5L turbocharged V6 engine, along with a hybrid option that includes a 2.5L engine.

Hyundai is expected to officially unveil the new-generation Palisade in early 2025.
