The Lamborghini Revuelto is not just one of the newest supercars from the renowned Italian brand, but it also marks a significant step forward as their first commercial hybrid vehicle. This groundbreaking innovation has garnered immense interest from enthusiasts worldwide, with pre-orders sold out until 2026. The basic model has been introduced to various markets, including Vietnam and other ASEAN countries.
Recently, the first Lamborghini Revuelto destined for Thailand made its debut as it was delivered to its proud owner. Intriguingly, the customer opted for a unique color choice of Verde Scandal, a striking green hue, instead of the signature colors of Arancio Borealis or Giallo Auge. This bold decision is accentuated by numerous carbon fiber details, creating a truly distinctive appearance.
As Lamborghini’s first plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) supercar, the Revuelto boasts a unique combination of a powerful V12 engine and an electric motor. Despite sharing the same engine family as its predecessors, the Revuelto’s engine is 17 kg lighter while producing an impressive 825 horsepower at 9,250 rpm, surpassing the Aventador by 125 horsepower.
With the addition of the electric motor, the total output climbs to a staggering 1,015 horsepower. This makes the Lamborghini Revuelto the brand’s first commercial supercar to break the 1,000-horsepower barrier. These impressive specifications enable the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds, reach 200 km/h in under 7 seconds, and attain a top speed of 350 km/h.
Comparatively, the Revuelto accelerates faster than its predecessor, the Lamborghini Aventador Ultimae, but has a slightly lower top speed of 5 km/h. Even when pitted against the Ferrari SF90 Stradale, the Revuelto’s stronger engine and higher horsepower result in identical 0-100 km/h acceleration figures.
The estimated price to get the Lamborghini Revuelto on the road in Thailand exceeds 30 billion VND, while in Vietnam, the cost for local enthusiasts surpasses 50 billion VND.
