Kia K5 Offers Attractive Incentives to Stimulate Sales

In an effort to boost sales, Kia dealerships have recently introduced attractive incentives for the Kia K5 sedan. Customers purchasing the 2023 Kia K5 Luxury model will receive dealer discounts ranging from 35 to 50 million VND (depending on the dealership). As a result, the post-incentive price of the Kia K5 Luxury now starts from 809 to 824 million VND, depending on the dealership.

Even with these incentives, the Kia K5 is still priced lower than its competitors, such as the Honda Accord and Toyota Camry. However, it is significantly more expensive than the Mazda6, which has a price range of 744 to 874 million VND. The upcoming MG7, expected to be priced below 900 million VND, will add further competition to the D-segment sedan market.

The Kia K5 boasts a youthful and trendy design, characteristic of South Korean car manufacturers. This design aesthetic is a key advantage that sets the K5 apart from its rivals in the same segment.

In terms of interior features, the Kia K5 offers a host of conveniences, including a multifunction steering wheel, shift paddles, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, leather seats with heating and cooling functions, a 10-way power-adjustable driver seat with memory function, a 6-way power-adjustable passenger seat, and a 12-speaker Bose sound system (on Premium and GT-Line trims).

Under the hood, the Kia K5 offers two engine options. The Luxury and Premium trims are equipped with a 2.0 MPI gasoline engine that delivers 150 horsepower and 192 Nm of torque. This engine is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. On the other hand, the GT-Line trim features a more powerful 2.5 GDI engine that produces 191 horsepower and 246 Nm of torque. It is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and also sends power to the front wheels.

When it comes to safety, the Kia K5 lacks advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). However, it still offers essential safety features such as ABS, electronic stability control, hill-start assist, parking sensors, tire pressure monitoring, blind-spot monitoring, blind-spot view monitor, a surround-view camera system, and six airbags.
