Mansory, a renowned name in automotive customization, has unveiled a surprising new project: a customized Vespa Elettrica scooter. This unexpected venture ventures beyond their usual realm of luxury car modifications, which often feature brands like Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce.
This Vespa Elettrica takes design cues from the Mansory Ferrari 458 Spider Monaco Edition supercar, introduced in 2012. The Vespa Elettrica is an all-electric scooter designed for urban mobility rather than high-performance racing.
Mansory enhanced the Vespa Elettrica with a carbon fiber body kit, replacing the mirror covers, tie, front fender, side panels, and engine cover. The seat is upholstered in genuine leather with diamond stitching, reminiscent of the sports seats often found in Mansory’s supercar modifications. The color scheme draws inspiration from the Monaco flag, with red and white accents throughout.
The tuner left the scooter’s performance untouched. It retains its rear-mounted 5 horsepower electric motor, capable of speeds up to 70 km/h. With Eco and Power driving modes, the Elettrica can travel up to 100 km on a single charge. A 4.2 kWh lithium-ion battery provides power and can be fully charged in 4 hours using a standard 220V outlet.
The Mansory Vespa Elettrica Monaco will be limited to just 99 units, and pricing has not yet been disclosed. Currently, a standard Vespa Elettrica retails for $7,999 (approximately 200 million VND) in the US market.
