Suzuki Unveils the Limited-Edition Jimny Horizon: A Stylish Off-Road SUV
Suzuki has recently introduced a special edition of its compact SUV, the Jimny, named the Horizon. Only 900 units of this limited-edition model will be produced, each featuring a unique body kit and accessory package that sets it apart from the standard version.
Suzuki Jimny Horizon boasts an eye-catching exterior with a Medium Gray metallic finish and bold black decals. Its retro-style grille proudly displays the Suzuki logo, enhancing its distinctive look.
The front bumper is equipped with an aluminum skid plate, adding a rugged touch and creating a striking visual accent.
Suzuki Jimny Horizon comes with black, rugged wheels and off-road tires, enhancing its performance on challenging terrain.
Inside, the Suzuki Jimny Horizon offers a simple and functional interior with only two seats, staying true to its off-road nature.
Under the hood, the Jimny Horizon is powered by a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated gasoline engine that produces 101 horsepower and 130 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission and a two-wheel-drive system.
Since 2021, due to stringent emission regulations, Suzuki has offered the Jimny as a light commercial vehicle (LCV) in Europe and the UK. LCVs are configured with two seats and are designed for commercial use.
Currently, the Jimny Horizon is exclusively available in the German market. This special edition marks the end of the internal combustion engine era for the Jimny in Europe, making way for an electric version expected before 2030.
The transition to hybrid and electric powertrains will enable the Jimny to comply with stringent European emission standards. Additionally, the Jimny may be offered as a personal vehicle with a rear seat.
In Germany, the Suzuki Jimny Horizon is priced at $35,000 (889.8 million VND), a premium of $3,000 (76.2 million VND) over the standard model.
