In the early hours of July 22, a serious accident occurred on Vu Van Hieu Street, located in To 2, Khu 4, Ha Tu Ward, Ha Long City.

   

According to initial reports, a Ford Ranger vehicle with the license plate number 14C-357.XX, driven by Mr. V.M.H (born 1980, residing in Ha Tu Ward), was carrying two passengers, N.Q.M (born 2006) and N.N.Q (born 2018), both residing in Ha Phong Ward, Ha Long City.

While traveling from Ha Long to Cam Pha, the Ford Ranger suddenly experienced a tire blowout, causing it to collide with the median and veer into the oncoming lane of National Highway 18.

At the scene, the pickup truck sustained significant damage, with the front end severely deformed and the rear axle completely detached. All the airbags in the vehicle had deployed. A section of the median on National Highway 18 was also damaged, and a palm tree on the median was knocked down.

Fortunately, there were no reported injuries or fatalities as a result of the accident. The authorities are currently investigating the cause of the incident.
