Suzuki Jimny SUV Gets a Pop-Up Tent Upgrade by White House Camper

This exciting new modification is set to be unveiled at the upcoming Tokyo Camper Show 2024, taking place on July 20. For now, the company has released preview images to spark our interest.

It appears to be the first Suzuki Jimny with an integrated pop-up roof mechanism, and it’s sure to be a standout feature at the show.

According to the drawings, the Suzuki Jimny 5-door will gain approximately 145-150mm in height. Additionally, the original roof of the vehicle may be removed, allowing for easy access without the need for a ladder.

This innovative tent can accommodate two adults and is electrically operated. It offers a safe and comfortable space in case of natural disasters or emergency evacuations.

It’s unclear if White House Camper will offer this pop-up tent option in the Japanese market, but it’s likely that markets like India, Australia, and Indonesia, which have the Suzuki Jimny 5-door model, will be able to enjoy this exciting feature.
