The One-of-a-Kind Pagani Huayra Epitome to Debut at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2024 This July
Pagani has recently unveiled the one-and-only Huayra Epitome before its public debut at the 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed. This supercar was crafted by Grandi Complicazioni, a special department responsible for producing and designing special Pagani models for VIP customers.
The Huayra Epitome is the only Huayra in the world equipped with a manual transmission. It also features the latest triple-disc clutch for better torque transmission, along with an electronic differential and a three-leg joint system borrowed from racing cars.
The development project for the Huayra Epitome took more than nine months to conceptualize and another ten months to finalize. The chassis is constructed from composite materials, carbon fiber, and titanium to optimize weight while maintaining rigidity and safety for the occupants. The 7-spoke wheels from App are finished in a copper color, measuring 20 inches at the front and 21 inches at the rear. These are paired with ultra-lightweight Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires.
Compared to the standard model, the Pagani Huayra Epitome features a new front bumper with improved aerodynamics. The rear end has also been refined in the style of the Pagani Huayra R race car, most notably with the large wing. Additionally, the taillights and rear bumper have been slightly tweaked.
The interior of the Pagani Huayra Epitome retains its classic design aesthetic since the model’s launch in 2011. The functional keys and surfaces are crafted from premium materials such as leather, carbon fiber, real wood, and matte aluminum alloy, exuding a sense of luxury. The 7-speed gear lever features exquisite mechanical details.
The Pagani Huayra Epitome is powered by a handcrafted AMG V12 twin-turbo 6.0L engine, delivering a slight increase in power over the standard version, with 864 horsepower and 1,100 Nm of torque.
Pagani has stated that the one-off Huayra Epitome already has an owner. The selling price of this masterpiece has not been disclosed, but it is certainly much higher than the standard Huayra’s starting price of around $3 million. In Vietnam, there is only one Pagani Huayra owned by businessman Pham Tran Nhat Minh, with an estimated value of up to $3.4 million.
