This McLaren 720S Spider has been transformed into an aggressive beast with the addition of a DarwinPro body kit inspired by the Senna GTR.
A car enthusiast from Nghe An Province in Vietnam has recently upgraded his McLaren 720S Spider with a stunning body kit from DarwinPro, taking design cues from the track-focused Senna GTR.
Up front, the DarwinPro kit expertly replicates the aggressive demeanor of the Senna GTR, featuring a longer lip and pronounced side vents. Carbon fiber accents grace the sides, and a larger, two-tier front splitter further enhances the look. The carbon fiber hood boasts large air vents, and the prominent side fins ahead of the front wheels add a distinct touch.
At the rear, the McLaren 720S Spider retains its small spoiler, while the Senna GTR is known for its massive rear wing. It’s unclear if the owner plans to install a matching wing for a complete transformation.
Under the hood, this McLaren 720S Spider remains mechanically stock. It is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine that produces 710 horsepower and 568 lb-ft of torque.
The power is sent to the wheels through a 7-speed automatic transmission, enabling the car to sprint from 0 to 62 mph in just 2.9 seconds. With the roof down, the McLaren 720S Spider’s top speed is limited to 202 mph, but with the roof up, it can reach a staggering 212 mph.
The DarwinPro body kit for the McLaren 720S Spider starts at approximately $18,550, excluding shipping and installation costs. As for the car itself, it is rumored to have cost the owner around $1 million.
