The BIMS 2024 exhibition featured not only the original Suzuki Jimny but also a few customized Jimny vehicles, showcasing the owners’ personal touches. Suzuki borrowed these vehicles from their owners for the event.
This modified Jimny exudes a rugged, off-road-inspired style, a noticeable departure from the stock model.
The front end stands out with a new grille, a carbon fiber hood, and an enhanced bumper, complemented by an increased approach angle and lifted suspension courtesy of Ohlins shocks.
The sides are accentuated by extended fender flares, while the rear sports a sleek look with the removal of the spare tire and the addition of a spoiler. The rear bumper matches the aggressive design of the front.
The customized taillights feature an LED setup, along with a new exhaust system and an A-X aluminum roof rack.
This Jimny rides on 16-inch wheels wrapped in 285/70R16 all-terrain tires, and the brakes have been upgraded to an Endless system.Â
To navigate challenging terrain, the vehicle is equipped with an array of auxiliary lights, including a 210-watt IPF LED light bar on the roof and two IPF spotlights on the A-pillars.
The interior has been refined to match the exterior’s personality, featuring a three-spoke Endless racing steering wheel and Recaro racing seats, while the rest of the cabin remains unchanged.
Alongside this impressive modified Jimny, the event also showcased another Jimny customized in the style of the G 63, leaning more towards a camping aesthetic than off-road capabilities.
