VinFast Auto Announces Official Pricing and Pre-Orders for VF 5 Electric SUV in the Philippines, Just Over a Month After Brand Launch

In the Philippines, the VinFast VF 5 is priced at 1,191,000 Peso with a battery subscription or 992,000 Peso with a battery lease. The monthly battery lease for the VF 5 is 5,800 Peso for up to 1,500 km of travel per month.

Starting July 20, 2024, customers in the Philippines can officially place orders for the electric VF 5 with a deposit of 5,000 Peso per vehicle on the VinFast website and authorized dealerships (deposit is refundable according to VinFast’s policies).

Customers who place deposits for both versions of the VF 5 will receive a direct discount of 50,000 Peso per vehicle, as well as official accessories worth up to 50,000 Peso.

Customers will also receive a support payment of 69,000 Peso per vehicle for the battery lease version and 99,000 Peso per vehicle for the battery subscription version when purchasing through bank loans or direct purchases.

Additionally, VinFast is offering an attractive incentive for customers who place deposits for the VF 5 battery subscription version from July 20, 2024, to August 5, 2024. Specifically, customers have the chance to win one of 100 discounts of 95,000 Peso per vehicle.

The VF 5 is a compact SUV with dimensions of 3,967 mm in length, 1,723 mm in width, and 1,578 mm in height. It is equipped with a 100 kW motor, delivering 135 Nm of torque to the front wheels. With a 37.23 kW lithium-ion battery, the VF 5 can travel more than 326 km on a single charge (NEDC standard) and can be charged from 10% to 70% in just 33 minutes.

As a stylish urban SUV, the VinFast VF 5 features a youthful design with a range of interior and exterior color options, along with advanced technologies such as automatic fault diagnosis, intrusion monitoring and alerts, remote software updates, basic trip monitoring, and blind-spot warnings.

VinFast offers flexible battery subscription and lease options in the Philippines, making it easy to meet the diverse needs of consumers. VinFast’s battery lease policy is one of the unique and pioneering policies in the electric vehicle market, reducing the initial cost of purchasing a vehicle and making it easier for customers to access smart, high-quality electric vehicles.

In terms of after-sales service, VinFast will offer the most attractive policy with a warranty of 7 years or 160,000 km. For customers who choose to lease a battery, VinFast provides free battery maintenance and replacement if the maximum battery capacity drops below 70%, giving peace of mind throughout the ownership experience.

Just over a month after its market launch, VinFast officially inaugurated its first three dealerships, offering the VF 5 model in the most popular segment, and is expected to deliver vehicles to Filipino customers soon in 2024.
