The Audi R8 V10 Plus is an extremely rare supercar, with only six models ever sold in Vietnam. Of these six cars, most are a striking red, with the remaining few in black and yellow. The first Audi R8 V10 Plus to arrive in the country was quite unique; it was imported through unofficial channels but was later purchased by the official Audi Vietnam distributor and sold to a celebrity couple – singers Dong Nhi and Ong Cao Thang.

This particular Audi R8 V10 Plus has had numerous owners over the years, including well-known car enthusiast Tong Dong Khue and, most recently, a young cryptocurrency entrepreneur. At one point, the car was even put up for sale at 5.8 billion VND, but it seems it’s still waiting for its next owner.

The current owner of this Audi R8 V10 Plus has taken a unique approach to customizing their car, removing the carbon side vent cover, leaving a gaping hole that startles onlookers and gives the impression that the car has been in an accident. This isn’t the first time this car has been modified in such a way; under previous ownership, the rear bumper was removed, exposing the intricate machinery within.

The Audi R8 V10 Plus boasts several design updates compared to its predecessor, including new headlights, a chrome honeycomb grille, and vertical slats in the front air intakes. The model owned by a young Hanoi resident also features laser lights.

At the rear, the Audi R8 V10 Plus features a fixed carbon fiber spoiler, a large diffuser, and LED taillights, along with a redesigned bumper. This older-generation supercar sits on a set of multi-spoke alloy wheels.

Under the hood, the Audi R8 V10 Plus is powered by a 5.2-liter V10 engine that produces an impressive 610 horsepower and 540 Nm of torque. Coupled with a 7-speed S-tronic dual-clutch transmission, this car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds and reach a top speed of 330 km/h.

The original exhaust system has been replaced with a Capristo aftermarket unit, further enhancing the car’s performance and sound.
