VinFast Auto Announces 15 New Dealerships in Indonesia

VinFast Auto is rapidly expanding its retail network in Indonesia, with 15 new dealerships opening between July 31 and August 31, 2024. This expansion underscores the company’s commitment to bringing high-quality, affordable electric vehicles and exceptional after-sales service to the Indonesian market.

The new VinFast dealerships are strategically located in major cities across the archipelago, including Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Malang, Sidoarjo, Mojokerto, Surabaya, Bali, Batam, and Makassar. These locations will offer customers a chance to experience and own smart, modern electric vehicles, along with professional consulting services, dedicated customer care, and comprehensive after-sales service.

“The rapid expansion of VinFast in Indonesia underscores the importance of this market to our company. Our dealerships are designed to provide a satisfying experience throughout the entire car ownership journey, from product inquiry to purchase and after-sales service,” said Temmy Wiradjaja, CEO of VinFast Indonesia.

“We at VinFast Sumber Baru are proud to be one of the next dealerships to partner with VinFast in its mission to electrify transportation. VinFast’s strong commitment to its Indonesian customers throughout their car ownership journey has built trust and made this collaboration possible,” shared Irawan Nurisman, Representative of VinFast Sumber Baru – Yogyakarta.

VinFast has officially launched the sale of its VF 5 and VF e34 electric vehicles in Indonesia, catering to the popular A and C segments. Both models feature an attractive battery leasing policy, making electric vehicle ownership more accessible and affordable. VinFast also offers exceptional after-sales support, including a 7-10 year warranty on the vehicle body and 8-10 years on the battery (for customers who purchase the vehicle with the battery), along with free battery maintenance and replacement if the battery’s charging capacity drops below 70% (for customers leasing the battery).

Prior to this expansion, VinFast had already broken ground on an electric vehicle assembly plant in Subang, West Java, launched two models in its diverse product range, and delivered the first electric vehicles to customers at the 2024 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS). These milestones reinforce VinFast’s long-term commitment to investing in and serving the Indonesian market.
