Volkswagen has announced a price adjustment for its Touareg SUV in the Vietnamese market. Effective August 13, 2024, the imported SUV is now more affordable, with a starting price of 2.699 billion VND for the standard Elegance trim and 3.099 billion VND for the Luxury trim. This represents a significant reduction of 300 million VND for the Elegance and an even more substantial 400 million VND for the Luxury trim compared to their previous price tags.

But that’s not all; Volkswagen is sweetening the deal even further this August with an additional promotion for the Touareg. The SUV will enjoy a 50% discount on registration fees, amounting to 140 million VND for the Elegance and 160 million VND for the Luxury trim.
On top of that, Volkswagen is also throwing in a year’s worth of physical insurance, valued at 35 million VND for the Elegance and 40 million VND for the Luxury trim. Combined, these promotions offer a total value of 175 million VND for the Volkswagen Touareg Elegance and an impressive 200 million VND for the Luxury trim.

As an added bonus, according to the Ministry of Finance’s Decision No. 1707/QD-BTC, which adjusts the registration fee schedule, Touareg buyers will save up to 59.25 million VND with a 10% fee or 71.1 million VND with a 12% fee.
